I mean I can't say you shouldn't eat chocolate because I know if you restrict yourself too much you are going to binge but you could eat one Twix after lunch and the other after dinner. You don't have to eat both at the same time! Let alone multiple packages. It worked for me I dropped over 100 pounds in a year and still ate chocolate! The secret is self-control. Occupy your brain with something so you ďont think about food all the time.
